Description

You will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to manage requirements for large-scale software systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to information systems, business processes, and policies.
• Translate business requirements into detailed design documentation for application development.
• Write user stories to support development within Agile frameworks.
• Design and re-engineer business processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Direct the analysis and definition of system requirements through close collaboration with clients.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis and requirement documentation.
• 10+ years of experience developing large-scale software systems using Agile methodology.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps for recording stories and requirements.
• Experience using Clarity PPM, Keylight (GRC tool), and Excel.
• Proven ability to communicate and translate complex requirements between business and technical audiences.
• Expertise in business process design and re-engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Azure and large-scale software systems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
