Description

You will drive requirements and process improvements across software development lifecycles.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements elicitation through workshops and interactive sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including traceability matrices, use cases, prototypes, and data models.
• Perform production support analysis, conducting root cause analysis and documenting resolutions.
• Lead user acceptance testing, training, and implementation activities.
• Design and implement efficient business processes and change management strategies.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of business analysis experience on software development projects.
• 8+ years of experience in requirements elicitation and documentation.
• 8+ years of experience in production support and root cause analysis.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Visio, Snagit, Adobe Illustrator, or Axure.
• Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Remedyforce, Core Java, and J2EE.
• Experience with mainframe environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Experience with regulatory, compliance, or enforcement projects.
