Description

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with coursework in technology, supply chain management, business, criminal justice or a closely related field; AND minimum five (5) years of professional-level experience OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Experience in public safety or public sector
• Experience with the state and federal CJIS Security compliance requirements
• Experience in criminal justice information systems projects
• Experience in the Business Analysis domain
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word
• Demonstrated experience in writing and organizing technical and functional documents
• Possess a growth mindset and show initiative in work assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in information systems or equivalent
• Experience with Atlassian JIRA or equivalent
• SQL/RDMS experience
• Familiarity with formal specifications methods such as object-oriented analysis and specification
