Lead data governance, profiling, and requirement gathering to bridge business needs with technical implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather data governance, quality rules, and profiling requirements through JAD sessions with business users.
• Map source to target information and analyze data models to support development and modeling activities.
• Design Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and OOD to communicate requirements to stakeholders.
• Write SQL queries to profile data, document metadata, and augment key technical inputs.
• Drive planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and implementation of system enhancements and conversions.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or in a similar capacity.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL and Database Management.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S4 HANA and ECC.
• Proficiency with Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud for data visualization and reporting.
• Strong knowledge of data governance and data management best practices.
• Ability to design technical diagrams including Sequence and Activity diagrams.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing business requirement specification documents and high-level project plans.
