Description

You will translate complex business requirements into technical solutions and documentation for a major utility client.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and detailed documentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to align business and technical teams.
• Develop and execute test scripts and plans to validate requirements.
• Manage backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria in JIRA within Agile/SCRUM teams.
• Ensure requirements traceability through development and testing cycles.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
• Experience managing data workflows and integrations, specifically using Databricks.
• Strong ability to create and manage detailed test scripts and plans.
• Experience translating business needs into technical documentation.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Expertise in stakeholder communication and relationship management.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the energy or utilities sector within regulated industries.
• Familiarity with geospatial systems, drone data, vegetation management, and analytics tools.
• Experience working with external partners such as Unity, Infosys, or TS.
