Own the analysis and documentation of business processes, system requirements, and technical deliverables for financial technology applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze stakeholder requirements and system needs to develop functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Perform systems analysis on application functionality, data workflows, and integration points to support enhancements.
• Create and maintain system specifications, requirement documents, and workflow diagrams using enterprise tools.
• Extract, validate, and reconcile data using SQL and Snowflake to identify trends and resolve data issues.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing coordination, and UAT support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis roles.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Experience with Jira for requirement tracking and project management.
• Familiarity with Qtest for test case management and defect tracking.
• Ability to create process models using Lucid Chart or similar tools.
• Understanding of Snowflake for data reporting and analysis.
• Knowledge of Agile and SDLC methodologies.
• Experience in financial technology, securities lending, or wealth management systems is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or equivalent.
