Own financial data flows, reporting requirements, and system design artifacts for banking platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business, data, and reporting requirements.
• Translate requirements into data mappings, functional specifications, and design artifacts.
• Analyze end-to-end financial data flows from source systems through subledgers and General Ledger platforms.
• Create and maintain source-to-target mappings, data lineage, and logical data models.
• Perform data analysis, reconciliation, impact assessments, and root-cause investigations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or Financial Systems experience in Banking.
• Deep knowledge of General Ledger (GL) Journal processing and accounting events.
• Understanding of subledger architectures and Balance Sheet and P&L reporting.
• Expertise in banking products (e.g., Commercial Lending, Treasury, Fixed Income).
• Strong SQL skills for analyzing complex enterprise data models.
• Experience documenting requirements, data mappings, and business processes.
• Familiarity with Agile environments and JIRA.

Preferred Skills

• SAP Finance / SAP General Ledger experience.
• Snowflake or Databricks experience.
• Data Mesh and data governance experience.
