Lead functional analysis for complex real estate projects, aligning business objectives with technical feasibility.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional analysis and requirement gathering by collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and developers.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, test scenarios, system specifications, and traceability matrices.
• Develop and execute test strategies, including E2E workflows, integration testing, and regression scenarios.
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation, user manuals, and training materials.
• Act as the primary point of contact for leadership to resolve complex functional issues.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on real estate systems.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Tririga.
• Deep understanding of real estate business processes, terminology, and regulatory requirements.
• Expertise in eliciting and documenting requirements using UML, Use Cases, and User Stories.
• Experience running multi-tiered testing programs.
• Practical application of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.
• Knowledge of API integrations and cloud-based real estate systems.
• Ability to conduct user research and usability testing.
• Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving complex functional failures.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing E2E workflows and complex system integrations.
