Description

You will lead business analysis and digital transformation efforts to enhance ESG research operations and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business requirements, KPIs, and information retrieval processes to optimize research efficiency.
• Act as the liaison between Research teams and ICT, managing the end-to-end lifecycle of requirements for Research Databases.
• Plan, execute, and report on business process testing, usability evaluations, and deployment of new digital capabilities.
• Drive change management initiatives and coordinate with digital partners to ensure solutions integrate seamlessly with existing tools.
• Mentor junior business analysts and communicate roadmap progress to senior leaders.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in business analysis, process mapping, and process improvement.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering complex digital solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL querying for data analysis and requirement validation.
• Exposure to Python for data handling or automation tasks.
• Experience in defining acceptance criteria and managing requirements through the full software lifecycle.
• Ability to analyze and improve organizational capabilities and business processes.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional certification in business analysis.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within ESG research or similar data-intensive domains.
• Proven track record of implementing benefits management and quantifying business impact.
