Description

You will drive requirements definition and delivery for web applications, data, and machine learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Define requirements and create business requirement documents, user training manuals, and project plans.
• Manage Agile ceremonies and project backlogs using Jira to define user stories and track progress.
• Communicate project status, blockers, risks, and mitigation strategies directly to stakeholders.
• Drive engagements and track completion against committed timelines.
• Develop domain knowledge to align technical delivery with client business needs.

Required Skills

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis and requirements definition.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Proficiency in Jira for backlog management and user story definition.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Ability to create analytical decks, sheets, and presentations for external communication.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for independent stakeholder management.
• Analytical problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with wireframe creation.
• Knowledge of AWS services including Redshift, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, ECS, EC2, and CFT.
• Experience working with Data Warehouse, ETL pipelines, or ML-based use cases.
