Translate security best practices into high-level requirements and support risk management within a change organization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level security requirements into detailed epics, user stories, and functional requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and interviews with internal and external stakeholders to elicit information and resolve complex business problems.
• Develop business cases, operating models, and benefit realization management in support of project managers.
• Lead operational readiness by preparing training documentation and ensuring business adoption of new solutions.
• Map business processes and perform data analysis to align solution outcomes with corporate strategy.

Required Skills

• 4-8 years of experience in a business-facing IT or Cyber Security role, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Detailed knowledge of infrastructure, application, and network security requirements.
• Experience with cloud computing and securing applications and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and associated ceremonies.
• Advanced process mapping and design skills.
• Strong analytical skills to decompose complex information and distinguish user requests from underlying needs.
• Expertise in MS Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to analyze technical trade-offs between usability and performance.
