Description

You will drive business process improvements and deliver technical requirements as a Child Welfare Expert. You own the end-to-end documentation and analysis lifecycle for agency projects.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate LEAN events, business process mapping, and requirements gathering sessions.
• Generate project documentation including business cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and lean notes.
• Interface with users, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify and document evolving needs.
• Collaborate with development groups, Product Owners, and System Teams to ensure documentation accuracy.
• Analyze real data and staff feedback to identify business trends and process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Child Welfare or a related human services field.
• Proficiency in agile development methodologies and writing acceptance criteria.
• Experience with Business Process Mapping and requirements documentation processes.
• Knowledge of case management systems and modern web-based applications.
• Ability to analyze data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Strong abstract thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to work with minimal supervision and manage complex dependencies.
• Excellent technical writing, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
