Description

You will gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for banking and financial systems. You will work directly with stakeholders to define needs for retail banking, payments, lending, and risk management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements using BRD, FRD, use cases, and user stories within banking domains.
• Conduct business process analysis, modeling, and re-engineering using Visio and BPMN.
• Perform data analysis, mapping, and validation using SQL and Excel.
• Support core banking and payment system implementations aligned with regulatory standards.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and define acceptance criteria with development and QA teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and extraction.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of retail banking, corporate banking, payments, and lending.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance including Basel III, AML, KYC, and SOX.
• Proficiency in Excel for complex data modeling and reporting.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with process modeling tools like Visio or Lucidchart.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with API integrations and digital banking platforms.
• Knowledge of REST APIs and system integration patterns.
