Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex multi-tenant technology solutions based on leading market products.
• Manage global cross-functional teams independently to deliver technology solutions.
• Identify, document, and resolve root cause issues through effective troubleshooting.
• Partner with multiple clients sharing the same technology platform to design competitive solutions.
• Improve existing processes and challenge the status quo to drive results.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in a technical role with proven delivery success.
• 6+ years of experience managing global cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in designing and implementing technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Experience in Compliance domains.
• Ability to work with cross-cultural teams located globally.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Finance products or experience within an Investment Bank.
• Hands-on experience with full stack web application development using Java and SQL.
• Experience architecting solutions that integrate with vendor platforms.
