Description

Responsibilities:
•    Identify gaps, and lead requirements gathering, story writing, and acceptance criteria creation. 
•    Support Sprint ceremonies and remove blockers. 
•    Support QA validation, functional testing, and UAT to ensure high-quality delivery. 
•    Evaluate current systems and draft functional requirements. 
•    Facilitate discovery workshops with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business rules and logic.
•    Partner with business users, solution architects, and the development team to translate business logic into requirements documents.
•    Demonstrate strong capability to work independently with minimal direction.
•    Formulate system integration specifications.
•    Experience with ADO board is a plus.
•    Possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
•    Agile: Participate in and drive scrum calls, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
•    Quality Assurance: Implement verification techniques and review cycles to ensure all final deliverables meet or exceed quality standards and client expectations. 
•    Post-Project Reviews: Conduct retrospective meetings upon project closure to document lessons learned, evaluate team performance, and optimize internal PMO workflows. 
•    Experience managing remote or globally distributed teams is a definite plus
