Description

You will act as a subject matter expert for life insurance and annuity domains to bridge the gap between business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze life insurance processes and translate them into detailed functional specifications.
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and support solution design for application enhancements.
• Manage policy administration, claims handling coordination, and agent compensation structures.
• Support system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) while providing user training.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline processes and increase operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Life Insurance and Annuity domains.
• Deep knowledge of US-based Annuity domain processes.
• Experience with functional test design and functional testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in MySQL and Oracle databases.
• Experience working within Agile processes.
• Knowledge of automation frameworks, reporting tools, and CI/CD tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for one-on-one and group settings.
• Ability to write, execute, monitor, and maintain automated test suites.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in mentoring less experienced team members.
