Description

Define, document, and translate business requirements for Group Benefits Insurance products, focusing on Quote-to-Issue processes and Disability (STD/LTD) systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements within the Group Benefits Insurance domain.
• Manage the Quote-to-Issue lifecycle, ensuring accurate requirement gathering and solution alignment.
• Perform product mapping for Disability products (STD/LTD) and support system implementations.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications by collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Support User Acceptance Testing through test case creation, execution, and defect tracking.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall experience, including 3–5 years specifically in Group Benefits Insurance.
• Strong expertise in Disability Insurance (STD/LTD) and product mapping.
• Solid understanding of the Quote-to-Issue lifecycle.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
