Description

You will manage customer-facing inquiries for an energy usage analysis team, translating requests into Azure DevOps tickets and producing monthly reports.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries via phone and email, translating them into Azure DevOps tickets.
• Log and synchronize issues across Azure DevOps and Excel.
• Produce monthly summary reports in Excel detailing inquiry status and ticket metrics.
• Enter bug and story tickets into the software management system.
• Identify, clarify, and resolve issues, escalating risks when necessary.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps for ticket management.
• Ability to execute existing SQL queries.
• Advanced Excel reporting skills.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Professional customer service and phone skills for public-facing interactions.
• Experience with stakeholder relationship management.
• Knowledge of energy terminology.
• Technical writing experience.

• Automation experience.
