Lead business analysis and requirements definition for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade, managing system integration and data migration.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, business analysis, and documentation for the UKG Pro WFM upgrade.
• Manage system integration between UKG Pro WFM and PeopleSoft HRMS using Kronos Boomi middleware.
• Develop, execute, and validate test scripts covering functional and payroll processes.
• Oversee data extraction, cleansing, and migration from WFC to UKG Pro WFM.
• Mentor and guide a team of business analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Required Skills

• 6+ years' experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and UKG Pro WFM implementation and configuration.
• Strong working knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS, including SQR, testing, and integration support.
• Proven experience with Boomi integrations, data migration, and data validation.
• Demonstrated expertise in test script design, QA/UAT execution, and issue resolution.
• Full end-to-end project lifecycle experience, from requirements gathering through final delivery.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills

• 12+ years of total working experience in business analysis or related technical roles.
• Experience mentoring junior analysts and leading small teams.
