Description

You will evaluate and develop business cases for Network Operations Center (NOC) processes, resources, and monitoring systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing NOC processes and resources to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business objectives and map current workflows.
• Conduct research and analysis to recommend strategies for enhanced business performance.
• Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement identified process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong analytical skills for collecting, organizing, and analyzing large datasets.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Ability to disseminate complex information with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
