Translate business needs into technical solutions and drive process optimization across IT projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Gather detailed business requirements and validate them with stakeholders.
• Document current and future business process models and workflow diagrams.
• Design technical and process solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Convert roadmap features into user stories and participate in system testing.
• Communicate findings and recommendations to project managers and executives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), preferably in a Hybrid Agile environment.
• Experience leading requirement gathering sessions and facilitating stakeholder meetings.
• Proven ability to create detailed user stories and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience leading medium to large-scale IT projects and motivating teams.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SaaS configuration, analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Prior healthcare industry experience and understanding of healthcare enterprise systems.
