Senior Business Analyst

You will drive requirements definition and stakeholder alignment across complex business programs.

Responsibilities

• Capture and implement oversight/monitoring rules and reports by engaging with business partners and program managers.
• Collaborate with Finance resources to build program profiles supporting calculations, estimates, and integrations.
• Identify and capture capability enhancements for the bordereau management system by working with legal and compliance.
• Facilitate Business UAT and Business Validation Testing by coordinating test cases and tracking feedback.
• Translate business needs into actionable items for technical teams, ensuring smooth handoffs.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, systems development, and business process management.
• Demonstrated understanding of Insurance Ecosystems and MGA Data Bordereaux Management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities focused on business process management.
• Experience with Business Analysis, Systems Development, and Project Management.
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication, capable of explaining technical information to varied audiences.
• Ability to operate as a self-starter, prioritize, and multitask in a changing environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Monday.com.
