Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Analyze current and future business processes and workflows.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, use cases, wireframes, and other business analysis documents.
• Perform gap analysis and maintain requirement traceability.
• Support procurement activities by preparing RFP-related documentation.
• Assist with testing (Functional, Integration, and UAT) and system go-live.
• Work closely with project managers, developers, business users, and stakeholders.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and user guides.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and testing.
• 5+ years of experience creating procurement/RFP documents, context diagrams, and functional decomposition.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, business analysis methodologies, and process improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Healthcare data reporting experience is required.
• State government experience is highly preferred.
• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience is highly desired
