Description

Own the end-to-end business analysis lifecycle for healthcare projects, bridging the gap between state government stakeholders, developers, and business users.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional, technical, and business requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Analyze current and future workflows, performing gap analysis and maintaining requirement traceability.
• Prepare procurement documentation, including RFPs, context diagrams, and functional decomposition.
• Support testing phases (Functional, Integration, UAT) and system go-live activities.
• Create and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and user guides.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Analysis experience in requirements gathering and process modeling.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and business analysis methodologies.
• 5+ years of experience creating procurement/RFP documents.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Visio, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
• Experience with healthcare data reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• 3+ years of healthcare industry experience.

Preferred Skills

• State government experience.
