Description

You will deliver requirements analysis and specifications for complex customer projects and internal transformation programmes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business analysis within the SDLC for technology and investment projects.
• Facilitate online workshops and large group sessions with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare and present technical content and project updates to senior leadership.
• Manage stakeholders to define requirements for product enhancements.
• Navigate ambiguous requirements to enable the delivery of business capabilities.

Required Skills

• 7+ years as a Business Analyst or Senior BA in credit processes or credit reporting.
• 3+ years managing client delivery projects and technology-focused initiatives.
• Strong facilitation skills for conducting workshops with diverse groups.
• Proven ability to influence and negotiate in changing environments.
• Effective communication skills for presenting to senior leaders.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Office Software.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years in Financial Services, Technology, or Data companies.
• Experience with service design, design thinking, or data analysis on large datasets.
• Experience working with cloud-based solutions in a large global organization.
