Description

You will lead requirement gathering and analysis for complex, large-scale software development projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify, document, and validate business functional and system requirements across multiple project workstreams.
• Create high-quality user stories and manage product backlog grooming within agile or hybrid agile environments.
• Analyze, extract, transform, and document system logic and business rules from legacy systems.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure requirements align with user interface specifications.
• Contribute to roadmap development and participate in all standard agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience identifying and documenting user stories and system requirements.
• 7+ years of experience in agile or hybrid agile iterative software development.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex projects.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role as a Business Analyst.
• 5+ years of experience analyzing, extracting, and transforming legacy system functionality.
• 5+ years of experience working independently to conduct full project analysis.
• 4-7 years of experience using requirements management tools such as Jira or Blueprint.
• Experience working on mainframe modernization projects covering complex functional domains.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• 5+ years of experience working directly with UX/UI designers.
