Responsibilities

• Elicit and elaborate detailed requirements from business and operations stakeholders.
• Participate in technical design discussions to ensure architecture aligns with business specifications.
• Lead projects through the full lifecycle from development and testing to production deployment.
• Manage stakeholder expectations via progress updates, risk assessments, and status reports.
• Perform deep-dive data analysis by querying databases to understand tables and data models.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Extensive experience in the wealth management domain.
• Hands-on proficiency with SQL for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS).
• Ability to analyze complex data models and table structures.
• Experience managing project timelines and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Ability to communicate technical progress and risks to stakeholders via presentations.
