Description

You will own the end-to-end requirement lifecycle and quality assurance strategy for complex system specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and prioritize system specifications across multiple divisions.
• Develop QA methodologies, including test plans, formulations, and functional testing oversight.
• Create screen mockups, prototypes, and UML diagrams such as Activity, Sequence, Use Case, and Data Flow diagrams.
• Implement requirements traceability matrices (RTM) to track requirements through design and testing phases.

Required Skills

• Experience designing and implementing automated testing scripts in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence environments.
• Proficiency with RequisitePro for requirements traceability.
• Expertise in Balsamiq for screen mockups and prototyping.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Visio for UML diagramming.
• Hands-on experience with ClearCase for document versioning and ClearQuest for defect reporting.
• Technical experience with QuickTest Professional, LoadRunner, ITG, Quality Center, Segue, and Silk.
• Application of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to travel to various client sites across the U.S.
