Description

You will own requirements elicitation, documentation, and validation for the BEUP 3.0 enterprise program. You facilitate structured working sessions with ConEdison stakeholders and produce comprehensive artifacts that bridge business needs with technical design.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with business users, technical teams, and leadership to elicit and validate needs.
• Produce clear business and functional requirements documents, user stories with acceptance criteria, and use case documentation.
• Develop current and future state process maps and swim lane diagrams reflecting user workflows and system interactions.
• Maintain traceability matrices linking requirements to business objectives and ensure version-controlled documentation.
• Collaborate with the Solution/Technical Architect and Data Development Lead to align business requirements with technical designs.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst or equivalent role.
• Proven track record delivering requirements documentation on complex technology programs.
• Strong proficiency in Agile and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience with enterprise software, portal, or data platform projects.
• Ability to present complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working directly with ConEdison or similar utility stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data inputs, outputs, quality expectations, and reporting needs.
• Experience maintaining shared decisions and open items logs.
