Description

You will support the MiTreas legacy conversion project as a senior analyst.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions using waterfall and agile methodologies to identify business processes and IT solution integration.
• Write, modify, and manage system documentation and project management artifacts.
• Facilitate working sessions and artifact reviews with technical teams, system specialists, and Enterprise Security to ensure compliance with agency policies.
• Manage change control processes for production system fixes, system designs, and architecture standards.
• Monitor defect tracking logs, differentiate between defects and new requirements, and initiate change requests.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience.
• Proficiency with Tableau.
• Proven ability to lead working sessions and present technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working within Agile environments.
• Proficiency in writing and maintaining detailed system documentation.
• Experience validating estimates and project schedules in alignment with project management methodologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage defect resolution processes.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dimondale, Michigan, at least 2 days per week.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's Degree.
