Description

Lead requirements gathering and system documentation for the MiTreas legacy conversion project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering using Agile and Waterfall methodologies to identify impacted business processes and IT integrations.
• Facilitate working sessions and artifact reviews with technical specialists and Enterprise Security to ensure DTMB compliance.
• Write, modify, and maintain system documentation and project management artifacts.
• Manage change control processes for production fixes and architecture standards.
• Validate test data, differentiate defects from new requirements, and manage defect tracking logs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working within Agile frameworks.
• Ability to explain complex technical information to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing and modifying detailed system documentation.
• Strong presentation and verbal communication skills for leading independent working sessions.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with DTMB standards and compliance.
• Local to the Lansing, MI area and able to work onsite in Dimondale, Michigan at least 2 days per week.
