Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Perform gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities
• Develop project deliverables including charters, plans, and reports
• Create lifecycle, migration, training, and communication plans
• Build user journey maps and support change management initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders, program managers, and cross-functional teams
• Work in Agile/SDLC environments to deliver high-quality solutions
• Analyze risks, track issues, and provide recommendations

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong knowledge of BA practices, SDLC, and program management
• Experience in data analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow platform
• Certification from IIBA or equivalent
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Bilingual (English & French) – Mandatory

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with Federal Government / Public Sector
• Exposure to large transformation programs
