Description

You will lead business analysis efforts for large-scale transformation programs within the Federal Government and Public Sector. You own the end-to-end requirements lifecycle, from discovery to solution delivery, in Agile/SDLC environments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements and user stories.
• Perform gap analysis to identify process improvement opportunities and define solution designs.
• Create project deliverables including charters, plans, reports, and communication strategies.
• Develop lifecycle, migration, and training plans while supporting change management initiatives.
• Analyze risks, track issues, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Business Analysis experience with strong knowledge of BA practices and SDLC.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• Certification from IIBA or equivalent professional credential.
• Proven experience in data analysis, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French (mandatory).
• Strong communication and documentation skills tailored for complex technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Federal Government or Public Sector clients.
• Exposure to large-scale transformation programs.
