Description

You will act as a senior subject matter expert focusing on P&C Insurance business analysis, bridging the gap between insurance business processes and IT system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements specifically within the P&C Insurance domain.
• Support the implementation and optimization of policy administration systems.
• Translate insurance business needs into technical specifications for IT teams.
• Validate system functionality against defined business requirements.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of relevant IT industry experience.
• 10+ years of dedicated business analysis experience in P&C Insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Policy Administration Systems such as AQS, Rapidsure, Guidewire, or Duck Creek.
• Strong understanding of P&C insurance business processes.
• Ability to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple Policy Administration Systems.
• Advanced degree in a related technical or business field.
