Responsibilities

• Analyze business and user needs to document requirements and devise technical system solutions.
• Formulate system scopes and objectives through research and understanding of industry requirements.
• Develop and modify moderately complex information or telecommunication systems processes.
• Establish strategic partnerships with customers to meet their business and technical needs.
• Facilitate the delivery of technical business solutions while managing expectations of vendors and management.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Proven expertise in business requirements gathering.
• Strong data analysis skills.
• Proficiency with Power BI.
• Advanced documentation and technical writing experience.
• Current knowledge of best practices in business analysis and information systems design.
• Ability to establish rapport with subject matter experts.
• Strong logistical planning skills with the ability to meet project deadlines.
• Effective oral and written communication skills for team environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with telecommunication systems processes.
