Description

Serve as the liaison between the IT Services Division and various business units for large, complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document project requirements.
• Validate solutions meet departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders.
• Champion solutions through education and change leadership.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
• Knowledge of software development processes, including requirements analysis, testing, and planning.
• Basic knowledge of tax-related policies and procedures.
• Basic knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies for systems analysis and design.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and TFS.
• Superb verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Effective negotiation and elicitation skills.
• Ability to apply intermediate analytical skills to solve problems.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
