Description

You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to implement AI/ML solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for AI/ML applications and translate business requirements into functional designs.
• Perform process mapping, fit/gap analysis, and change impact assessments for proposed solutions.
• Develop and maintain business documentation, including BRDs, functional specifications, and model assumptions.
• Define and track KPIs to measure AI/ML model success post-deployment.
• Lead system, integration, and regression testing while ensuring application controls meet audit standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• At least 4 years of experience specifically in AI/ML or data-driven projects.
• 8+ years of experience in the utility industry or related business areas.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, model lifecycles, and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, OCI) and MLOps tools.
• Basic understanding of Python, R, or other data science languages.
