Description

Act as the liaison between the IT Services Division and business units for large, complex projects. You will elicit requirements, validate solutions, and lead change management efforts.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document detailed project requirements.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet departmental objectives.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to define scope and success criteria.
• Champion solutions through education and change leadership.
• Apply analytical skills to solve complex business problems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of working experience as a Business Analyst.
• Knowledge of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK).
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and TFS.
• Understanding of software development processes, including requirements analysis, testing, and planning.
• Effective negotiation and elicitation skills.
• Superb verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Project Management Institute (PMI) Certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Certification.
