Description

Lead advanced business analysis across the full software development life cycle for multiple projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Derive requirements from customer interviews and author system requirements documents.
• Perform system analysis and design, including creating mockups and wireframes.
• Review, assess, and re-engineer business processes.
• Develop user stories and use cases to bridge stakeholder and development teams.
• Assist with user acceptance testing and implement post-implementation support.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience in system analysis and design.
• Proficiency in requirement derivation and documentation.
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder expectations and complex problem-solving.
• Experience in business process re-engineering.
• Ability to create mockups and wireframes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure DevOps, Modern Requirements, or Atlassian Jira.
• Familiarity with TEA applications, programs, or Texas public school district operations.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills.
