You will translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and system specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
• Produce functional specifications, user stories, workflow diagrams, and process maps.
• Analyze data flows, database structures, and integration points across systems.
• Write and execute SQL queries for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Support testing by creating test plans, executing test cases, and tracking defects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Business Analysis role.
• Proficiency with SQL Queries.
• Experience with Postgres and Oracle databases.
• Capability in Data Validation and Reporting.
• Experience in Test Plan Creation and Test Case Execution.
• Ability to map out workflows and process diagrams.
• Strong analytical skills for system requirement documentation.
