You will drive requirements definition and project tracking for technology implementations, ensuring client needs are captured and project goals are met.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
• Track project progress against established plans, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Develop and update schedules for meetings and training sessions.
• Monitor and report on financial performance across various technology projects.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of professional experience in business analysis or related roles.
• Proven ability to create detailed business requirements through direct client interaction.
• Experience coordinating complex schedules for meetings and training programs.
• Proficiency in financial tracking, reporting, and budget monitoring.
• Strong background working within IT project teams deploying new technologies.
• Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate legal operations.
• Legal Operations Professional Certification.
