You will translate business needs into actionable project requirements, manage project schedules, and track financial performance.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client interviews to gather and document business requirements.
• Track progress against project plans, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Develop and update schedules for meetings and training classes.
• Track and report on financial performance for various projects.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proven experience creating business requirements through client interviews.
• Experience in IT project teams deploying new technologies.
• Proficiency in financial tracking and reporting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
• Business Analyst and Project Management experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in corporate legal operations.
