Description

You will translate business needs into technical requirements for the Application Services team.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Drive process re-engineering and define business requirements, use cases, and test scripts.
• Conduct business process analysis to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
• Collaborate with developers to translate requirements into detailed designs.
• Lead application testing and coordinate user acceptance sessions.
• Provide second and third-level production support and manage vendor coordination.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and core IT concepts.
• Hands-on proficiency in process re-engineering, requirements gathering, and test case design.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with Enterprise CRM systems (Salesforce or SAP preferred).
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, MS Visio, Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and MS Teams.
• Any Graduate degree.
