Description

You will lead P&C domain consulting engagements from initial problem definition through to solution design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements by diagnosing business problems and designing end-to-end solutions within the P&C domain.
• Direct teams of consultants to develop solution alternatives, business cases, vendor assessments, and implementation roadmaps.
• Drive business development through pre-sales activities, including RFI/RFP responses and client presentations.
• Develop domain offerings, including collateral, research on industry trends, and best practices.
• Mentor and groom junior consultants to build in-house capability and expertise within the insurance practice.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in leading consulting firms or IT services consulting divisions.
• Deep expertise in P&C lines of business, including Commercial Property, Commercial Automobile, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Personal Automobile, Homeowners, and Personal Umbrella.
• Extensive experience with P&C products such as Guidewire and Fadata packages.
• Proven track record in solutioning for new implementations, application development, maintenance, and technical migrations/upgrades.
• Strong pre-sales experience managing RFI/RFP processes.
• Ability to provide strategic advisory on project initiatives and industry best practices.
• MBA from a premier business school.
• Willingness to travel for client engagements.
