You will lead P&C domain engagements from problem definition through to solution design, development, and deployment.
Responsibilities
Lead client engagements including business case preparation, vendor assessment, package evaluation, and roadmap definition.
Manage business pursuit initiatives through prospecting, client presentations, and RFI/RFP response preparation.
Guide teams on project processes and deliverables while acting as a key advisor for architecture and design reviews.
Develop domain offering collateral, research trends, and contribute to industry white papers and PoVs.
Mentor and groom other consultants to build in-house capability and conduct training for the Insurance consulting team.
Required Skills
14+ years of experience in leading consulting firms or IT services consulting divisions.
Deep domain expertise in P&C lines including Commercial Property, Automobile, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Personal Automobile, Homeowners, and Personal Umbrella.
Extensive experience in Insurance (Life and Non-Life) domains.
Proven track record in Pre-sales, including RFI/RFP processes.
Experience solutioning implementations such as New Implementations, Application Development and Maintenance, and Technical Migrations/upgrades.
Knowledge of P&C products such as Guidewire and Fadata packages.
MBA from a premier B-School.
Strong advisory skills to provide best practices and project improvement suggestions.
