Lead P&C domain engagements from problem definition through solution design, development, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements including business case preparation, vendor assessment, package evaluation, and roadmap definition.
• Manage business pursuit initiatives through prospecting, client presentations, and RFI/RFP response preparation.
• Guide teams on project processes and deliverables while acting as a key advisor for architecture and design reviews.
• Develop domain offering collateral, research trends, and contribute to industry white papers and PoVs.
• Mentor and groom other consultants to build in-house capability and conduct training for the Insurance consulting team.

Required Skills

• 14+ years of experience in leading consulting firms or IT services consulting divisions.
• Deep domain expertise in P&C lines including Commercial Property, Automobile, General Liability, Workers Compensation, Personal Automobile, Homeowners, and Personal Umbrella.
• Extensive experience in Insurance (Life and Non-Life) domains.
• Proven track record in Pre-sales, including RFI/RFP processes.
• Experience solutioning implementations such as New Implementations, Application Development and Maintenance, and Technical Migrations/upgrades.
• Knowledge of P&C products such as Guidewire and Fadata packages.
• Strong advisory skills to provide best practices and project improvement suggestions.

Preferred Skills

• MBA from a premier B-School.
