You will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver digital solutions in the pharma commercial space.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements, translating them into actionable functional and non-functional specifications.
• Develop well-structured user stories and comprehensive acceptance criteria to guide development and testing.
• Collaborate with technical teams to design technology-driven solutions and propose improvements to streamline digital processes.
• Define test strategies and execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing to ensure product quality and compliance.
• Support product owners in refining and prioritizing the product backlog.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Pharma commercial roles within industry, consulting, or IT services.
• 8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, Market Access, or Commercial Operations.
• Deep experience working on Agile/Scrum projects using Jira and Aha.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault (PromoMats / MedComms) and Veeva CRM.
• Proven experience with the Salesforce platform and its integrations.
• Proficiency in data visualization platforms such as Tableau.
• Experience with digital experience platforms, content management systems, and marketing tools used in medical/commercial contexts.
• Strong ability to distill complex industry concepts into digestible insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Understanding of market access strategies and KOL engagement.

Preferred Skills

• Awareness of AI/ML applications in commercial analytics.
