Description

Lead functional requirements for Guidewire implementations in the P&C insurance domain.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements for Guidewire Billing Center integration and Claim Center configuration through stakeholder interviews.
• Research integration processes between legacy billing systems and policy administration, accounting, or account management systems.
• Analyze legacy claim system screen designs and business logic to define future state requirements.
• Model business rules using Use Case diagrams, process models, data flow diagrams, activity diagrams, and wireframes.
• Support the Agile development lifecycle by approving requirement documents, developing test case scenarios, and coordinating between business and IT teams.

Required Skills

• 8 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep domain expertise in Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance.
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Billing Center (Integration).
• Hands-on experience with Guidewire Claim Center (Configuration).
• Practical knowledge of the Agile Development Life Cycle.
• Proficiency in MS Visio for creating business flow diagrams and wireframes.
• Ability to document complex data flow and activity diagrams.
• Any Graduate degree.
