Description

Act as the primary liaison between business users, development teams, and cloud vendors to drive project requirements and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document scope, use cases, and functional requirements.
• Manage project plans, coordinate activities, and report status to senior management.
• Create and maintain Unified Process artifacts following approved SDLC processes.
• Participate in test plan preparation, execute unit tests, and coordinate QA efforts.
• Diagnose system performance issues and facilitate resolution for production support tickets.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst for large-scale applications.
• Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and Visio.
• Ability to prepare flow charts, diagrams, and use cases.
• Knowledge of computer systems analysis, design, and technical terminology.
• Experience with data structures, application programming, database development, or relational database theory.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MA HIX or other State Health Exchanges.
• Experience with Long Term Care Population and complex eligibility systems.
• Prior government or healthcare industry experience.
