You will drive healthcare IT initiatives and cloud migration projects by translating business needs into technical specifications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze healthcare business requirements to guide technical implementations and system upgrades.
• Apply SDLC methodologies to manage project lifecycles from inception through delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document workflows, process maps, and technical specifications.
• Support AWS cloud migration efforts by defining requirements and validating solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst within the healthcare sector.
• Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with SQL for data analysis and requirement validation.
• Experience using Jira for task tracking and project management.
• Hands-on experience with Visio for process mapping and workflow documentation.
• Working knowledge of AWS cloud environments.
• Familiarity with ADA and NIST compliance standards.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate-level education in a related field.
